We offer pitches for caravans, motorhomes and cars, as well as comfortably equipped chalets for 2 to 4 people.
The chalets feature a living area, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, TV, safe, washing machine, free Wi-Fi and a private parking space. As a special highlight, each chalet also includes a private spa with a Hydrosoft wellness cabin.
On the day of arrival, your pitch is available from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure, the pitch must be left clean by 11.00 am.
The pitch will be reserved for you until 6.00 pm. If you are delayed, you must inform us by 6.00 pm at the latest. Otherwise, we reserve the right to assign the pitch to another guest.
Yes, dogs are welcome. The fee is €4.50 per day, excluding food. Dogs must be kept on a lead and their waste must be properly collected and disposed of.

No, the local tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day, for guests aged 14 and over, is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
Yes, an environmental contribution of €1.00 per person per night applies to guests aged 14 and over. This is also not included in the total price.
Yes, our mini-market offers everyday essentials, hygiene products, camping accessories and regional South Tyrolean specialities such as speck, cheese, honey and wine.
We have a bar and pizzeria offering breakfast, aperitifs, dinner, various plated dishes and a wide selection of pizzas.
No, breakfast is not included in the total price. However, chalet guests can order a breakfast basket with South Tyrolean products each day upon request.
We offer a modern, accessible sanitary building with hot-water showers, washbasins and laundry rooms equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Yes, we have our own e-bike and mountain bike rental service.
When enquiring about a pitch, you must state the type and size of your vehicle in the “Comments” field.
Yes, there is a spacious children’s playground on the campsite.
In the event of an early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the nights booked.
Pitch preferences will be taken into account and confirmed whenever possible. However, reception reserves the right to make changes.
The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and carriage rides. There is also a sports area with an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, climbing hall and bowling alley.
Nearby attractions include the earth pyramids, Runkelstein Castle, the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology in Bolzano, home to Ötzi, and the world of legends on the Salto plateau.
Yes, the site is open all year round and also offers winter activities such as snowshoe hiking, horse riding and carriage rides.
Bolzano can be reached easily from San Genesio in around 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus.
